How to Use Portfolio Exchange

Thanks for visiting the Portfolio Exchange. We hope members of the industry will use it to make available information on auto loan and lease portfolios for sale.

Please post your available portfolios in the Discussion Forum below. It is best that each portfolio occupies its own forum, so that those who are considering the portfolio can comment and follow up on each particular offering. Note that documents can be attached to the discussion forums; you may want to use that feature to include additional portfolio details. Also below is a feed of portfolio opportunities from our sister site, CollectionTechnology.net.

For portfolios under $50 million, the entire portfolio we purchase needs to please be bankrupt and or probate paper and over $1 million in size. For a portfolio over $50 million, if the portfolio has a mix of bankrupt and non-bankrupt accounts, we will use one of our funding partners to bid on the portfolio jointly with us to purchase the non-bankrupt portion of the portfolio. Please send to me any bankrupt and/or probate file to send you a price on the portfolio.

Any bankrupt chapter type is acceptable (Chapter 7, Chapter 13, Chapter 11)

Secured or unsecured bankrupt and/or probate accounts are acceptable

Acceptable motorized security includes automobiles, ATV, motorcycles, watercraft
