Consumer Portfolio Services is using artificial intelligence to improve collections, streamline communication with consumers and fund deals faster. Irvine, Calif.-based CPS will launch its conversational AI voice bot across the lender’s servicing branch within the next two weeks following a pilot, Mike Lavin, president, chief operating officer and chief legal officer, told Auto Finance News.   […]
