U.S. Bank’s Bolte steps up to SVP role; other staff moves

Kristina Bolte this month was named U. .S. . Bank ’s senior vice president of dealer services national product and strategy executive after serving for four years as the bank’s vice president of dealer services digital , direct and alliance programs, according to a post on her LinkedIn page. [caption id="attachment_57330322" align="alignright" width="129"] Kristina Bolte[/caption] Bolte has been with the bank for more than 12 years serving in leadership roles spanning dealer services, direct lending, consumer lending project management and student lending. Linehan joins Lendbuzz as chairman Stephen Linehan is joining the board of directors at AI-driven subprime auto lender Lendbuzz as chairman of the Audit Committee. [caption id="attachment_58342945" align="alignleft" width="153"] Stephen Lineham[/caption] Linehan has more than 40 years of financial experience, including several years spent in executive roles with Ally Financial , Fair Square Financial , Capital One Financial Corp . and the FDIC , according to a July 15 Lendbuzz press release. In previous roles, Linehan worked on projects related to everything from “capital strategy, liquidity and interest rate risk management” to “company relationships with investors, rating agencies, regulators and industry trade groups,” according to the release. Nissan shakes up North American sales leadership Nissan is implementing several leadership changes to its North American marketing and sales teams, effective Aug. 1. Scott Shirley , vice president and chief marketing manager and marketing operations of Nissan U. .S., is retiring at the end of the year. . Shirley held leadership roles in marketing and sales during his tenure after joining Nissan in 1988, according to a July 9 Nissan press release. Jeff Pope will succeed Shirley after serving as the manufacturer’s division vice president of dealer network development, customer resources and training for Nissan and Infiniti U. .S. and Canada. . Pope will lead Nissan’s marketing operations teams overseeing strategies for vehicle pricing, incentives and life cycle, reporting to Vinay Shahani , senior vice president of U. .S. marketing and sales. Succeeding Pope is Steve Milette , currently president of Nissan Canada, Inc (NCI), who will also report to Shahani. Trevor Longley , vice president of sales operations for NCI, will replace Milette and report to Jeremie Papin , chair of Nissan Americas. Asbury Auto’s Calloway promoted to SVP Retailer and service company Asbury Automotive Group appointed Dean Calloway to lead as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary, following the retirement of Asbury’s George Villasana . [caption id="attachment_58342944" align="alignright" width="135"] Dean Colloway[/caption] Calloway’s promotion, effective July 1, comes after more than 10 years with Asbury Auto and contributions under various roles, including vice president and associate general counsel, associate general counsel and assistant general counsel. His experience spans “complex commercial litigation, cyber security issues, corporate governance matters, franchise and OEM matters and employment issues,” according to a July 10 press release from Asbury Auto. Black Book names Lyman as VP, product, auto finance Data and analytics provider Black Book this month promoted Eric Lyman to vice president, product – auto finance. Venner-Fowler tapped as chief product officer at F&I Sentinel Finance and insurance risk management solutions provider F&I Sentinel has named Kat Venner-Fowler as chief product officer. . She will lead the company’s product team and oversee strategy, according to a May 29 release.
